Paul O'Neill was born and raised in the LA area and received his BA from California State University, Long Beach. After working for newspapers in Southern Cal, Paul moved to Arizona and still works with the Tribune newspapers, four of those years as photo editor.

Paul has been on two exchanges with TEOE, first to Mexico in October of 2004 and then to Japan the next October. He looks forward to his next opportunity to travel and make pictures. Paul has also set the wheels in motion for an elementary school photo exchange with TEOE.   Paul has volunteered his photography to 2 other non-profit organizations, Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) and Center for Humane Living, (formerly Children’s Path to Peace).  Website
